I travel on business a lot, what's the best way to travel with my meals?

There are many ways to travel with the meals. The best way we have found is to freeze a majority of the meals and then take the in a cooler with carry on luggage. The frozen meals will keep the rest of them cold and you will not have to use ice packs (which we've found are not permitted through security).

 Is eating carbohydrates really ok?

A healthy balance of whole grain pastas, brown rice, wild rice, sweet potatoes, red potatoes and other whole grains is something we see as an important ingredient in maintaining a healthy diet. Many of our custom diet plans will be on a carob rotation plan. This varies the amount of carbohydrates you get in any one day just to keep your body guessing which helps boost your metabolism.

 Isn't fat bad for you?

One thing that many of our clients have a fear of is FAT. Your body needs good dietary fats; a body needs fat to burn fat.
